01 · The gap

Hospital teams run inside a maze of disconnected systems.

EHR, lab, pharmacy, paging, bed board, EVS, vitals monitor. Each with its own ping. Critical signal gets lost in the noise. Handoffs get interrupted. Decisions get delayed.

This is the actual product.

Not concept art. What's on screen below is the interface a floor manager opens on shift, today.

05 · Why not Epic

Epic is a chart for clinicians at workstations. OVREN is a command surface for operators in motion.

Epic has spent thirty years owning the chart. In that time, it never shipped a tactical surface for the people who run a hospital in real time: the charge nurses, ops directors, and trauma teams who aren't sitting at a workstation. That's not a feature gap. A single-EHR vendor can't be the layer that sits above every system it doesn't own. Fusing signal across the EHR, bed management, staffing, and city-level feeds isn't something Epic ships as an update. It's a different company. That's the room OVREN is built for.

07 · Built for the reality

Built for the HIPAA and FHIR reality.

Access is role-based. Actions are designed to be auditable. Integrations speak HL7 and FHIR, the standards hospitals already run on, not a format a vendor wishes they ran on. Deployment posture, cloud or on-prem, is a conversation with your compliance team, not a fight with it.

Role-based access

Every surface is scoped to who's looking at it: manager, charge nurse, ER personnel, trauma.

Auditable by design

Actions taken through OVREN are built to leave a trail your compliance team can follow.

HL7 / FHIR native

Integrates with the EHR, bed management, and staffing systems already running on your floor.

08 · Ready when you are

The hospital never stops. Neither does OVREN.

See it running against a real shift, or talk to us about what it takes to build the operating layer beneath every EHR a hospital runs.
